      Refill, & refuel with the Active Root 150ml soft flask, the perfect container for your Active Root Gel Mix or Sports Drink. 

      Our branded Hydrapak 150ml Soft Flask is hard wearing and non-leaking with an ergonomic non-drip twist valve for drinking. Its compact size also fits easily into a race vest, cycle jersey or short pockets. What's more is that it's easy to clean and is also BPA free!   

      USAGE DIRECTIONS

      Add:

      Gel Mix: add 2-3 full scoop (25g per scoop)

      Sports Drink: 1/3 of a scoop (11.5g)

      ElectroLite: 1 full ElectroLite scoop (9g)

      Then fill the rest of the flask with water and shake for 30 seconds!
