USAGE DIRECTIONS
Add either:
- Gel Mix: 2 x servings (already added)
- Sports Drink: Full sachet (we'd normally recommend 1 sachet per 500ml so expect this to be punchy! If hesitant add to a 500ml bottle or only add 1/3-1/2 a sachet).
- ElectroLite: Full sachet.
Then fill the rest of the flask with water and shake for 30 seconds!

Our branded 170ml Soft Flask is hard wearing and non-leaking with an ergonomic non-drip flip cap valve for drinking. Its compact size also easily fits into a race vest, cycle jersey or short pockets. What's more is that it's easy to clean and is also BPA and PVC free!

Original Ginger/Peppermint & Ginger/Green Tea & Ginger: Cane sugar blend (Natural disaccharide, 50%, Glucose, 50% Fructose), Citric Acid, Sea Salt, (Peppermint extract in Peppermint & Ginger), Ginger Root extract, (Green Tea extract in Green Tea & Ginger flavour).
ElectroLite: Cane sugar blend, Citric Acid, Sea Salt, Ginger Root Extract, Stevia (natural sweetener)
Gel Mix Ingredients
Cane sugar blend (Natural disaccharide, 50%, Glucose, 50% Fructose), Maize Starch, Ginger Root extract, Sea Salt, (Cacao powder and Peppermint extract in Cacao & Peppermint flavour), Citric Acid.
Please note, due to the natural ingredients in Active Root it is perfectly normal to find occasional small dark sugar molasses and particles of ginger fibre. When shaken the particles will mostly dissolve into your drink.
