BEFORE

1x Bottle of Sports Drink - we'd recommend Peppermint and Ginger as Peppermint helps open up your airways.

DURING

Per hour:
If you're out for less than an hour you might not need to take anything, but if you do we'd recommend 2x servings of Gel Mix in an easy to carry Soft Flask.

AFTER

1x Bottle of ElectroLite or Sports Drink
- we'd recommend Green Tea & Ginger because of its more mellow, earthy taste compared to a lot of the sweet stuff you've probably just consumed!  

Half Marathon; Marathon; Loch to Lawers

BEFORE

1x Bottle of Sports Drink - again, we'd recommend Peppermint and Ginger as Peppermint helps open up your airways.

DURING

Per hour:
1x bottle of Sports Drink. 2x servings of Gel Mix.
- we'd recommend mixing up your the flavours of your Gel Mix and Sports Drinks for such a long event so as to avoid flavour fatigue.
- and 1x serving of Guarana Gel Mix with 1-2hrs to go.

AFTER

1x Bottle of Sports Drink
