Energy Chews are delicious cubes of fiery crystallised ginger with added electrolytes and a real zesty lemon fruit encrusting.
Each ginger Energy Chew bag contains approximately 25 chews (200g) which is equivalent to 4 portions of 6 chews. Plus an extra 1 😉 for good measure.
Designed to provide energy and replace fluids lost with electrolytes, each chew delivers approx 6g of carbohydrate, 50mg of sea salt and 140mg of stomach settling ginger.

Gel Mix Ingredients
Cane sugar blend (Natural disaccharide, 50%, Glucose, 50% Fructose), Maize Starch, Ginger Root extract, Sea Salt, (Cacao powder and Peppermint extract in Cacao & Peppermint flavour), Citric Acid.
Please note, due to the natural ingredients in Active Root it is perfectly normal to find occasional small dark sugar molasses and particles of ginger fibre. When shaken the particles will mostly dissolve into your drink.

USAGE DIRECTIONs
- Chews: 1 serving = 6 chews. Consume with water or sports drink
- Sports Drink: Full sachet (we'd normally recommend 1 sachet per 500ml so expect this to be punchy! If hesitant add to a 500ml bottle or only add 1/3-1/2 a sachet).
- Gel Mix: 2 x servings (already added to soft flask)
- ElectroLite: Full sachet to 500ml of water
Then fill the rest of the flask with water and shake for 30 seconds!
