We use a combination of Royal Mail Tracked for smaller deliveries and MyHermes Tracked for larger ones.

It is our aim to pass on the best price for delivery price depending on weight, size and cost of parcel. If the order is over 2kg and has multiple items we may split the delivery into 2 or more parcels, these will be labelled on the front of each with numbers 1 of 2, 2 of 2 etc.

We offer free 2-5 day tracked delivery on UK orders over £30*.

We will endeavour to fulfill and send orders completed before 1pm on weekdays on the same day.

Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and strive to ensure your order arrives correctly and you are delighted with it. However occasionally things can go wrong with parcel preparation and postage. If there is a mistake with the order or the product is damaged or lost in transit please send an email to enquiries@activeroot.co.uk outlining the issue. If possible a quick photo would be good too (obviously difficult if the parcel hasn't arrived 😉). If we're at fault we'll send a replacement as soon as possible.
