We use a combination of Royal Mail Tracked for smaller deliveries and Parcel Force Tracked for larger ones.

We offer free 2-5 working day tracked delivery on UK orders over £40*.

We will endeavour to fulfil and send orders completed before 1pm on weekdays on the same day.

BANK HOLIDAY POSTAGE

Please note we are unable to post on UK public holidays. Order delays will occur according to your order date and the number of overlapping bank holiday days. Our couriers Royal Mail and Parcel Force categorise bank holidays as 'closed days'. Please check Royal Mail & Parcelforce closed days here

POSTAL STRIKES

Postal strikes - we are unable to post on Royal Mail and Parcelforce strike days. Depending on length of the strike there will be a 1-2 working day delay on all orders. This applies to 1st and 2nd class rates.

Damaged, lost or late delivery

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and strive to ensure your order arrives correctly, on time and you are delighted with it. However occasionally things can go wrong with parcel preparation and postage 🌧🌪💨💦🌊. If there is a mistake with the order or the product is damaged or lost in transit please send an email to enquiries@activeroot.co.uk outlining the issue. If possible a quick photo would be good too (obviously difficult if the parcel hasn't arrived 😉). If we're at fault we'll send a replacement as soon as possible.
