All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked services. We also offer DPD Next Day for faster delivery. For international orders our shipping partner is FedEx.

We offer free 2 to 5 working day tracked delivery on UK orders over £40*. For international orders, the delivery estimate is 2 to 11 working days.

Please note we are unable to post on UK public holidays. Order delays will occur according to your order date and the number of overlapping bank holiday days. Our shipping partners categorise bank holidays as closed days. Please check Royal Mail closed days here.

Damaged, lost or late delivery

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and strive to ensure your order arrives correctly and on time. If there is a mistake with the order, or the product is damaged or lost in transit, please email enquiries@activeroot.co.uk with a brief outline of the issue. If possible, include a quick photo. If we are at fault we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
