The Marathon Pack contains:

2 x Summer Punch Sports Drink Mix sachets (for day before and race morning)
1 x Electrolite Tablets / 12 Tablet Tube (Mixed Berry)
3 x Original Energy Gel Mix Sachet - 2 Serving (50g) (for sustained energy during the race) OR 6 x Energy Gel (Lemon)
IF selected, 2 x Soft Flasks (Gel Mix only)
IF selected, 1 x 500ml Drink Bottle (for pre-race hydration)

Directions of use

6 Days Before: Consume 1-2 Electrolite Drink tablets daily.

1 Day Before: Mix 1 Sports Drink Mix sachet in your 500ml Drink Bottle. If you purchased Gel Mix with soft flasks, fill the 2 Soft Flasks with 1 and half Gel Mix sachets each (75g per flask). Refrigerate the flasks.

Race Day (AM): Drink 500ml Drink Bottle. Consume it 45 minutes before the start.

During the Race: Drink 1/3 of a Soft Flask OR 1 Energy Gel every 30 minutes to maintain energy levels. The 6 Gel Mix servings / Energy Gels will fuel you for 3-4 hours.

Post-race: Sip two 500ml Electrolite tablet drinks over 4 hours.
