The Marathon Pack contains:

• 2 x Original Sports Drink Mix sachets (for day before and race morning)
• 3 x Original Electrolite Drink Mix sachets (to replenish electrolytes 3 days before)
• 3 x Original Energy Gel Mix Sachet - 2 Serving (50g) (for sustained energy during the race)
• 2 x Soft Flasks (for easy on-the-go fuel)
• 1 x 500ml Drink Bottle (for pre-race hydration)

3 Days Before: Drink 1 Electrolyte Drink Mix sachet daily to maintain proper electrolyte balance.

1 Day Before: Mix 1 Sports Drink Mix sachet in your 500ml Drink Bottle. Fill the 2 Soft Flasks with 1.5 x 2 Gel Mix servings each (75g per flask). Refrigerate the flasks.

Race Day (AM): Mix 1 Sports Drink Mix sachet in your 500ml Drink Bottle. Consume it 45 minutes before the start.

During Race: Drink 1/3 of a Soft Flask every 30 minutes to maintain energy levels. The 6 Gel Mix servings will fuel you for 3-4 hours.
