The Triathlon Pack comes in 4 different variants, depending on the length of your triathlon:
- Sprint - Half the Olympic distance
- Olympic - Known as "international distance"
- Half Ironman - Known as "middle distance"
- Ironman - Known as "full distance"
All Triathlon Packs contain Sports Drink Sachets, Electrolite Tablets, Energy Gel Mix Sachets, Soft Flasks, 500ml Bottles, with the quantity of these products varying depending on your chosen pack.

Sprint
6 Days Before: Consume 1-2 Electrolyte Drink tablets daily.
1 Day Before: Prepare two 500ml bottles of Sports
Drink Mix. If purchased Gel Mix Sachet, fill the 2 Soft Flasks with 1 and half Gel Mix sachets each (75g per flask). Refrigerate.
Race Day (AM): Drink 500ml of Sports Drink Mix 45
minutes before start. Place one 500ml bottle on your bike.
During the Race:
Transition 1 (T1): Consume 1/3 of Soft Flask Gel OR
1 x Energy Gel
During Bike: Sip 500ml bottles and 1/3 Soft Flask Gel / 1 x Energy Gel every 30 minutes.
Transition 2 (T2): Consume 1/3 of Soft Flask Gel OR
1 x Energy Gel
During Run: Sip one 500ml bottle and 1/3 of Soft
Flask Gel / 1 x Energy Gel every 30 minutes.
The 4 x Gel Mix / Energy Gel servings will fuel you for 2-3 hours.
Post-race: Sip two 500ml Electrolyte tablet drinks
over 4 hours.
Olympic:
