Co-Founder and Sports Nutritionist Huw Stradling has overseen the development of Active Root. He has experience working with top level sports teams across the UK and in the military. His Active Root study demonstrated the benefits of ginger in reducing gastrointestinal disturbances during exercise. The study at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh has since been peer reviewed and can be viewed here.

HIGH QUALITY - BATCH TESTED - MADE IN THE UK SINCE 2015

All our products are blended and batch tested in the UK to ensure highest quality. Being based in Glasgow ensures we have a firm control over the blending process. Before a batch leaves the factory it is carefully tested for impurities and also undergoes a stringent taste test for quality and consistency.

I love this stuff, and no longer use any other energy drink product. I use it on my long training runs and during ultra-marathon races. It tastes great and I have never had any stomach problems when using it. Can't ask for more.
