All our drink mixes contain our signature ingredient ginger. Ginger is well-known for its ability to soothe the stomach. Ginger contains the compound Gingerol, which can help contribute to soothing the stomach by relaxing the muscles in the gut. It also can have a calming effect, reducing bloating and stomach discomfort. The ginger in Active Root has been specially used because of the high gingerol ratio!

We take pride in our use of stomach-settling ginger, but our use of natural ingredients can also contribute towards a normal functioning stomach. As the body can recognise these ingredients more easily, they are less likely to cause an upset stomach, whereas artificial additives can sometimes cause unwanted side effects.

With Active Root, there are no artificial flavours. Just natural tastes through the use of dried fruit powders, extracts and juices!

The Electrolite Drink Mix contains 800mg of unrefined sea salt per 9g serving and 8g of carbs per serving, whereas the Sports Drink Mix provides more sustained energy with 40g of carbs per serving and 567mg of salt per 42g serving.
