150ml Active Root Gel Flask

The Active Root 150ml Gel Flask is a simple, mess-free way to carry your fuel exactly how you like it. Designed to be used with our Gel Mix or Energy Gels mixed with water, it gives you control over texture, flow, and intake during training or racing.

Lightweight, durable, and built to slot neatly into belts, vests, and packs, this flask can hold up to 4 servings of Gel Mix or 3 Energy Gels, whilst letting you control viscosity by adding more or less water.

How To Use

With Gel Mix

Add up to 3-4 servings of Gel Mix powder to the flask. Fill with water, secure the lid, and shake for 30 seconds until fully mixed.

With Energy Gels

Add up to 3 Energy Gels to the flask. Top up with water, secure the lid, and shake for 30 seconds. Adjust water volume to suit your preferred consistency.
