The Ultra Pack comes in 4 different variants, depending on the length of your Ultramarathon:

  • 50K (50 Kilometres)
  • 50M (50 Miles)
  • 100K (100 Kilometres)
  • 100M (100 Miles)

All Ultra Packs contain Sports Drink Sachets, Electrolite Tablets, Energy Gel Mix Sachets, Energy Chews Pouch, Soft Flasks, 500ml Bottle, with the quantity of these products varying depending on your chosen pack.

Directions of use

50K

6 Days Before: Consume 1-2 Electrolyte Drink tablets daily.

1 Day Before: Prepare one 500ml bottle of Sports Drink Mix. Fill a 2L drink bladder with four Sports Drink Mix sachets. Fill two Soft Flasks with 1.5 servings of Gel Mix each (75g). Refrigerate.

Race Day (AM): Drink 500ml of Sports Drink Mix 45 minutes before start. Pack four extra drink sachets for water stations.

During Race: Sip from race bladder throughout. Consume 1/3 of a Soft Flask Gel every 30-40 minutes. Add energy chews every 45 minutes.

The 6 x Gel Mix servings will fuel you for 3-4 hours.

Post-race: Sip two 500ml Electrolyte tablet drinks over 4 hours.

6 Days Before: Consume 1-2 Electrolyte Drink tablets daily.

1 Day Before: Prepare one 500ml bottle of Sports Drink Mix. Fill a 2L drink bladder with four Sports Drink Mix sachets. Fill two Soft Flasks with 1.5 servings of Gel Mix each (75g). Refrigerate.

Race Day (AM): Drink 500ml of Sports Drink Mix 45 minutes before start. Pack 3 drink sachets, and 3 gel mix sachets for water stations.

During Race: Sip from race bladder throughout. Consume 1/3 of a Soft Flask Gel every 30-40 minutes. Add energy chews every 45 minutes.

The 3 x Gel Mix Sachets, and 3 x Sports Drink Sachets will fuel you for 6-7 hours. Use energy chews for additonal fuel.

Post-race: Sip two 500ml Electrolyte tablet drinks over 4 hours.

100K

The 5 x Gel Mix sachets, and 5 x Sports Drink sachets will fuel you for 10-11 hours. Use energy chews for additonal fuel

Post-race: Sip two 500ml Electrolyte tablet drinks over 4 hours.

100M

The 8 x Gel Mix sachets, and 10 x Sports Drink sachets will fuel you for 18-19 hours. Use energy chews for additonal fuel

Post-race: Sip two 500ml Electrolyte tablet drinks over 4 hours.
