Usage Directions

• Gel Mix: Add 2-3 full scoops (25g per scoop)
• Sports Drink: Add 1/3 of a scoop (11.5g)
• ElectroLite: Add 1 full ElectroLite scoop (9g)

Fill the rest of the flask with water and shake for 30 seconds!
